ATHAR balance is an internal donation allocation balance and can only be used to support ATHAR campaigns. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or refunded.
Unused balance remains in your account for life. It does not expire, is not automatically transferred, and stays until you choose to allocate it to an ATHAR campaign.
ATHAR is structured to manage donation charging and campaign allocation with transparent records.
Top-ups, allocations, expenses, and receipts are recorded as separate events.
Unused balance stays in the account until the donor chooses a campaign.
