Terms & Conditions
These terms govern access to and use of the ATHAR platform, including public content, registered accounts, donation balance, campaign allocations, requests, messages, and related services.
Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using an authenticated service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to accept these terms. Public browsing does not require an account, but some services do.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not misuse the platform, impersonate another person, interfere with security controls, submit unlawful or harmful material, or attempt to access data or functions for which you are not authorized.
Donations, balance, and allocations
Donation balance top-ups and campaign allocations are governed by the Donation Terms. Amounts, payment status, available balance, allocation history, and receipts are determined from ATHAR's authoritative records, not from information submitted by the browser.
Content and service availability
Campaign information is presented for humanitarian transparency and may be updated as circumstances change. ATHAR may suspend or restrict a feature when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or operational integrity. Material changes to these terms should be published through the platform before taking effect where practicable.
Privacy, communications, and records
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Operational and security communications may be sent when needed to deliver a requested service or protect an account. Authorized actions may be recorded in append-only audit records for accountability and security.
Responsibility and applicable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any organization-specific legal identity, governing-law, dispute, or statutory wording must be confirmed in the lawyer-approved publication before public launch.
