Accessibility Statement
ATHAR is committed to making its public services understandable and usable by as many people as reasonably possible.
Accessibility approach
The platform is designed to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic headings and controls, meaningful labels, alternative text, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and right-to-left Arabic content.
User controls
Available accessibility controls may include text-size adjustment, contrast support, link highlighting, and reduced motion. Browser and operating-system accessibility settings can also be used with the platform.
Known limitations
Some third-party documents, provider-hosted pages, uploaded files, or legacy content may not offer the same level of accessibility as ATHAR's own interface. ATHAR should assess reported barriers and provide a reasonable accessible alternative where practicable.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, use the approved public contact channel and identify the page, task, assistive technology, and problem. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Ongoing review
Accessibility is reviewed through automated checks, keyboard testing, responsive testing, and bilingual quality assurance. This statement should be updated when material capabilities or known limitations change.
